We offer a completely hands-off experience where we take care of all the management for you and fill the property with high quality tenants. We pay you a fix monthly rent from your property as a whole and you can be rest assured that your phone will not ring in the middle of the night.

You rent your property to us for a long-term rental agreement, normally 5 years and you receive a fixed rent monthly even if you had a void or not.

Your Property is maintained and decorated at our cost adding value to it - Covering everything from installing new flooring to painting feature walls, through to completely furnishing your entire house

Our Services - We will refurbish or just furnish your property and add value to it. This way we can make the property more attractive to the clients we work with. We will often put a new new flooring, shelves, feature walls or beautiful furnishing. With us, there are no extra management fees or any other fees to be paid, and all the management is covered by us.
